With two decades of leadership and managerial experience across multiple industries - from large international corporations to startups - I have worked with and led hundreds of people. I have supervised forklift trucks at a glue factory outside Moscow, managed a Chinese restaurant in Chicago, and launched the first self-paying truck in the UK. I have directed teams in glass skyscrapers and worked solo from my sofa. Along the way, I have been head of PR, founder, owner, head of strategy, chief marketing officer and more.

I speak English, Polish, and Russian and have experience in media, e-commerce, energy, aviation, tech, agriculture, heritage property, charitable giving and finance. I have been trusted by companies like Deloitte, Coca-Cola, BP, Naspers and others.
